Terms and Conditions for Students (English)

1. Registration
Students must register through the official form and provide accurate personal and academic information.

2. Code of Conduct
Students must behave respectfully with teachers and peers. Any form of misbehavior or disrespect is strictly prohibited.

3. Attendance and Punctuality
Regular attendance and punctuality are required. Absence must be informed in advance.

4. Fees
All tuition fees are non-refundable and must be paid in advance to the academy only. Any tuition fee is not allowed to be paid to any teacher directly without prior permission from the academy.

5. Use of Learning Materials
Students are allowed to use academy materials only for personal learning. Sharing or distributing without permission is prohibited.

6. Communication
All communication must be respectful and limited to academic discussions.

7. Disciplinary Actions
Violation of these terms may result in suspension or termination of registration.

8. Trial Classes

First 3 classes (Hifz course is excluded) will be Free Trial Classes. If student continue and take 4th class then it will mean that the student is satisfied with the teacher and monthly fee will become due that must be paid in advance to the academy within first week starting from first trial class.

طلباء کے لیے ضوابط و شرائط (Urdu Translation)

 رجسٹریشن
طلباء کو درست ذاتی و تعلیمی معلومات کے ساتھ باضابطہ فارم کے ذریعے رجسٹر ہونا ہوگا۔

 ضابطہ اخلاق
طلباء اساتذہ اور ساتھیوں کے ساتھ عزت و احترام سے پیش آئیں۔ کسی بھی قسم کی بدتمیزی یا بدسلوکی ممنوع ہے۔

 حاضری اور وقت کی پابندی
باقاعدہ حاضری اور وقت کی پابندی لازم ہے۔ غیر حاضری کی پیشگی اطلاع دینا ضروری ہے۔

 فیس

تمام فیسیں ناقابل واپسی ہیں اور پیشگی ادا کرنا لازم ہے وہ بھی صرف اکیڈمی کو۔ کوئی بھی فیس اکیڈمی کی پیشگی اجازت کے بغیر کسی بھی استاذ کو دینا منع ہے۔

 تعلیمی مواد کا استعمال
طلباء تعلیمی مواد صرف ذاتی استعمال کے لیے استعمال کریں۔ بغیر اجازت شیئر کرنا منع ہے۔

 رابطہ
تمام گفتگو باوقار اور صرف تعلیمی امور تک محدود ہونی چاہیے۔

 تادیبی کارروائی
ان ضوابط کی خلاف ورزی پر معطلی یا رجسٹریشن کی منسوخی ہو سکتی ہے۔

ٹرائل کلاسیں

پہلی 3 کلاسیں (حفظ کا کورس اس میں شامل نہیں ہے) فری ٹرائل کلاسیں ہوں گی۔ اگر طالب علم پڑھائی جاری رکھتے ہیں اور چوتھی کلاس بھی لے لیتے ہیں تو اس کا مطلب یہ ہوگا کہ طالب علم استاذ سے مطمئن ہے اور ماہانہ فیس کی ادائیگی بطور ایڈوانس لازم ہو جائے گی جسے پہلی ٹرائل کلاس سے شروع ہونے والے ہفتے کے اندر اکیڈمی کو ادا کرنا ہوگا۔
