Terms and Conditions for Teachers (English)
1. Registration and Approval
All teachers must register through the official form. Approval is subject to verification of credentials.
2. Teaching Standards
Teachers must maintain high teaching standards, show professionalism, and follow the academy’s curriculum and code of ethics. There will be five classes per week. Each class will be 30 minutes long, while the Hifz class will be 60 minutes. From every class of Qaida, Nazra, Tajweed, and Hifz, 5 minutes will be allocated to gradually teaching the child Iman Mufassal, Iman Mujmal, the Six Kalimas, and the daily Sunnah supplications (from waking up in the morning until going to sleep at night). In the Hifz class, within the 60 minutes, the child will be required to recite the Manzil (previously memorized portions), Sabqi (recent lessons), and the current lesson, after which the new lesson will be taught in the manner of Nazra and assigned for memorization.
3. Punctuality and Attendance
Teachers are expected to start and end classes on time. Repeated delays or absences without notice may result in termination.
4. Communication
All communication with students and parents must be respectful, professional, and limited to educational matters.
5. Confidentiality
Teachers must keep students’ personal data confidential and not share it with any third party.
6. Payments
Teachers will be compensated as agreed upon. Teachers will not collect any tuition fee directly from parents or guardians without prior permission from the academy. Payment issues must be reported to the admin.
7. Content and Copyrights
Teachers should not use or share copyrighted materials without permission.
8. Disciplinary Action
Violation of rules may result in warnings, suspension, or permanent removal.
9. Academy Charges
For teaching non Pakistani students paying fees in USD, Teacher will be paid equivalent to USD 50 per month per tuition of Qaidah/Nazirah/Tajweed course while USD 100 per month per tuition of Hifz-ul-Qur’aan course.
10. Trial Classes
First 3 classes will be Free Trial Classes. If student continue and take 4th class then it will mean that the student is satisfied with the teacher and monthly fee will become due that must be paid in advance to the academy within first week starting from first trial class. Teacher must remind the student’s parents or guardians about this clause of Terms and Conditions before starting the 4th class.
